THANK YOU Dr. Lugo for your miraculous surgical skills and outstanding bedside manner. Today I had a lipoma removed from my left rib cage and I can't describe how outstanding of a Surgeon he is. He was referred to me by my primary care physician and that was the best treatment my GP ever gave me - Dr. Lugo as a referral. I am shocked at anyone who gives him anything less than a 5* review, but there will always be a detractor out there to harm his credibility. During my initial consultation, he was genuine, friendly, knowledgeable, fair (never pressured me into proceeding with removing the lipoma) and extremely reasonably priced. I'm a single dad and was without a quality insurance plan for the next month or so and he gave me a fantastic price on both the consultation and office procedure. He took maybe 15 minutes to perform the procedure and spoke to me the whole time. He wasn't just my Surgeon in that moment, he was my FRIEND and I'll never forget the comfort he provided, as I was… full of anxiety like anyone would be. I am a Recruiter and I read people for a living. I have a reputation of my own to uphold and I would put my professional reputation on the line to endorse his workmanship. I will forever recommend him to anyone needing a Surgeon in his respected field. Also, a HUGE shout out to Dana (his Office Manager/Assistant) for all she did. She was there the whole time as well and she made me feel very comfortable. She was the first person I spoke with, answered all my questions and was always available. Thank you, Dana! You are also a remarkable person. Finally - Dr. Lugo......thank you so much for removing this lipoma that has bothered me and my self-esteem for over a year. You are a miraculous Surgeon and I felt it necessary to share me experience, because someone else will read this as I did/do other reviews.

We can not believe we bounced around for so long and finally landed in this doctors office. He is a surgeon, but he cares about your general health and we could tell that he was interested in improving my health. As a surgeon, his skills are way above average and we are convinced that there is not one doctor in the area that can show more compassion. He has cured me from my cancer and i promised to tell the world about him We jsut left the office and will always use hom for anything we need.

i had a fantastic experience with this doctor that really helped me and was compassionate and friendly. He knew what he was talking about and was honest and thorough. I recommend him with all my heart. He has taken care of a couple of friends and family and everyone raves about him. Two thumbs up. I do not know how anyone thinks different. The bad reviews are definitely fake. No doubt

Dr Lugo has so much knowledge and understanding of medical issues and human physiology in general. I was impressive with the surgical skills as a Robotic surgeon and the Brad knowledge overall. The best part is that he truly cares and does the best for the patient. Recommend him hands down over any one.

I went to see Dr Lugo this week as a referral from my doctor, due to an umbilical hernia and as required by my insurance United Healthcare. I had had several other unrelated operations in the past, and the hole where the umbilical cord was has allowed material to come out. I had one visit with this doctor, and as I was leaving I honestly felt that he was not interested in doing this surgery just based on our conversation. He seemed to speak very doubtfully about doing the surgery. Two days later he had his secretary call (rather than do it personally) and tell me that he didn't feel that he was competent enough to handle this case, and that I should contact some doctor in the downtown medical center. When I asked if he had a referral for me or the name of any doctor in the downtown medical center , she said "No" that he didn't know any doctors downtown to recommend for this hernia ,surgery but he knew he couldn't do it, (or didn't want to). Clearly, he only wants to handle the… easy cases.
