Dr. Medrano has treated my father for many years. He has lots of patience with his patients and takes the time to explain your condition and treatment plan. His office off of I-10 is usually very busy but you are still seen within a reasonable amount of time.

My bi-annual checkups have become a breeze. My appointments are setup months in advance with courtesy reminders a few days prior. The total typical wait time is less than an hour and the office staff must have been provided some type of training as they introduce themselves and are very friendly. Dr. Medrano has always listened to my concerns and answers any and all of my questions. I wish all health care providers were this efficient!

Didn't wait long to be called to have my vitals. Nurse very nice and professional. Dr. Assistant very approachable and thorough did not feel rushed . Dr. Medrano is a very good, friendly and professional Dr. Feel like I can share any concerns with him, he is easy to talk to.

Everybody is very courteous and I liked that they take my information and have me verify it ,also payment due before instead of after which makes everything go smoothly.

I have been treated by Dr Medrano on a few occasions.I am extremely happy with the timely manner in which my health concerns were addressed and the way the doctor took care of me by way of treating my health issue.Keep it up .
