Dr Olivares always listens to my concerns. He is the best primary doctor I have ever worked with.

Extremely disappointed with the care received at Dr. Olivares office. My husband went here to establish Dr. O as his PCP. So this should have been a preventative office visit. I confirmed this with our insurance, again when I scheduled the appointment and my husband also confirmed this when he checked in. I used to work in medical billing so I'm very familiar with the coding used and appointment types. The office then billed this visit with a problem-oriented CPT code and we were responsible for almost $300. To make matters worse, Allison, the office manager never called me back. I left 3 voice mails all of which went unanswered and that's ultimately why we are now writing the review. My husband was hoping to establish Dr. Olivares as his PCP for the rest of his life theoretically. But instead, we were blind-sighted with a huge bill and no one in the office willing to call us back. See another Dr. that won't scam you.

I am a female, 79 years old. I chose Dr. Olivares because he's completed additional studies in diabetes. He stabilized my blood glucose in less than 3 months. Dr. Olivares is kind, takes time to truly listen to his patients. My husband ended up switching to him when his PCP retired. We would recommend him to anyone.

Went in for a new patient consult. Office staff was not very welcoming and the office was not inviting at all...did not give out good vibes. Dr. Olivares was rather rude and pushy in not letting me finish my answer before he asked another question. But what really put me off was that when I told him I have a back and hip injury, Dr. Olivares told me that he does not treat chronic pain and that I should go to the mental health center to address my chronic pain. He made me feel like a someone who was only looking for prescription drugs. I made up mind halfway through the appointment that I will not employ this doctor as my primary care physician and I definatly would not recommend him to anyone.

The scheduler is rude, obnoxious and very quick to anger. Great doctor but not worth the aggravation when the staff is so rude.
