Excellent doctor with an enormous human quality. One of the best doctors that I consulted. He performed a surgery on a son of a congenital hydronephrosis when he was 6 months old. God bless you Rafael

Good Doctor I imagine does not remember me but I was one of their pasientes of Venezuela just ask him to speak to you urgently I am friend of Dr. chavez asdrubal I am the son of sangento flowers carraquel I was the one I operate me the contruction of the ureters.

Dr. P is an excellent pediatric surgeon and will take wonderful care of your child! Although his bedside manner can sometimes be a little gruff, he is extremely professional and very talented in his field. He spent so much time explaining things and answering our questions. He did a perfect job with our son. I highly recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Pieretti is an excellent physician. His knowledge and experience is outstanding. His personal care is touching. He called us from his cell phone just before he went in for a surgery when my daughter developed fever after a procedure. Her fever had nothing to do with the surgery though. She had a common virus/cold. Like someone already mentioned, do not judge him by his accent. You are getting the best doctor out there.

We didn't know it at the time, but Dr. Pieretti is some what of a local hero in Venezuela. Now I know why. My son was born with two undecended testicles. We prayed for at least one to be brought down successfully and Dr. Pieretti gave my son both. There is nothing that we will ever be able to do to pay him back. Don't let his foreign accent fool you, he is the head of pediatric surgery at Mass General for a reason. The guy is really good at his job.
