Very rude! Tried to walk in today about 8am this fat lady Stephanie said no because I hadn't been there since 2012! Really?!? well I'm sorry I haven't been sick, thank god! But that's no way to treat a patient especially when I'm not there to see her!! I needed to see A DR!!!! I love DR.Rodriguez for his professionalism but having these kind of girls with attitude working for him....PLEASE I CAN TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

worst office when it comes to getting prescription refilled; have to call them 3-4 times to get them to answer Pharmacist's request. If my mom didn't like them so well, I would find her another doctor!!!! UGH

My first appointment waiting to get told I had a copay when my insurance told me I didn't have .ok well then the dr wasn't even Dr Rodriguez and I didn't get a call from my lab work results I had to call and then they tell me my results . The nurse told me they would send in my meds when took over a week to get it. I don't recommend this dr the staff appartently don't like to answer the phone after like call 10times just to find out where my prescription went to.

Staff is horrible & rude..Dr. Rodriguez does not take his patients serious, he loves to prescribe medications on top of more medications, he does not keep up with his patients care & does not stay on top of his referrals, nor do they post there holiday hours out of courtesy... How are you suppose to help people, if it's too much & you can't give quality care stop taking in so many patients...
