Dr. Salinas was incredibly kind when working on my father and did his best to make sure my family and I were calm which was outside of his responsibilities but came so natural to him

I will never ever forgive this man who never asked for help at inserting NG tube - at his 3rd attempt mi husband unfortunately swallowed gastro juices - why didn't he wait until at surgical site - no, he had to keep asserting his macho self!!!! ??

I will never forgive Rafael Salinas - he tried to insert a nasogastric (NG) tube down my husband. You would think he would have asked for help - he did not. Finally on the 3rd attempt my husband swallowed gastric juice that had come up. Why he didn't attempt the insertion at surgery time I have no idea. Instead he made these attempts in the cubicle. Unfortunately, my husband developed aspirate pneumonia & ended up in the ICU. I wish I had screamed at him to stop & get help. Unfortunately death was the result. I must admit I am filled with hate for this man!!!!!
