So uncomfortable, never again.

Horrible human. Just wants to violate you. Doesn’t listen or look at any supporting documents or tests. If you don’t want any help go to this person.

I went to Dr. Bruno for a second opinion after a terrible visit at another practice. First, I was impressed with the customer service for new patients, ease of scheduling, and reminder call. I had to cancel an appointment due to weather, but it was easily rescheduled for another day at a practice closer to where I work. At my appointment, Dr. Bruno asked excellent questions, listened, took notes, and genuinely seemed to care about finding an accurate diagnosis. I felt like I was in good hands. His diagnosis of Interstitial Cystitis really seemed to fit, and he gave me good advice and treatment options. The only thing I did not like was having to walk down a hallway to the bathroom in a hospital gown to give a urine sample. I could see people in the waiting room, and it was a violation of my privacy. Also, the doctor handed me a spray bottle to be used in place of toilet tissue/in combination, which he mentioned very casually - this is a big deal if you have to bring it to work, public… places, etc. I felt that he didn't understand what it is like to deal with something like that. Over all, I would go back to Dr. Bruno. I liked his interpersonal skills, and his thoroughness. Compared to some other doctors at a different practice, he is extremely professional. I am already feeling better, after taking his medical advice and changing my diet/stress.

I had this doctor for many years. Initially I thought he was good, but over the years and with as many problems as I had gynecologically he became worse and worse, until ultimately it was impossibile to get an appointment with him directly. When I insisted on seeing only him, he came in with an attitude and dismissed my symptoms and told me to join Jenny Craig. I ended up with permanent premature ovarian failure at 35 years old!

Only met with him once and he seems to be kind and caring. The kind of doctor you would want to have around after say a major surgery and reassures you everything will be fine. Very happy with him and would be OK with him as my regular doctor
