Arrogant, spent most of his time spouting his own political positions. Left no time for questions. He got visibly frustrated when I didn't agree with his politics and left the room. That was it. Would never recommend him.

Wonderful atmosphere, with a great staff. Dr. Pennella seems much more relaxed since making the move from Mercy to Ozarks dermatology specialists. Long time patient but would recommend him to anyone his knowledge is unbelievable!!

I agree that the staff is great. But don't waste your time on this arrogant doctor. He also misdiagnosed me.

Never has acknowledged me by name or shaken my hand. Removed a large basal cell from my chin as I sat stiffly up-right in a very uncomfortable chair. He is so fast, no bed side manner at all, just looks at the computer. I can't go back. Arrogant ??

Went to him a couple of times with burning face and rash starting. He blew me off and in the report it said he thought the face burning was psychosomatic. 2 years later and now I am covered with face rashes, and many contact allergies.. Would not recommend him. He doesn't listen.
