Dr. Raga Dilip, MD

Dr. Raga Dilip is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University, and an Attending Surgeon at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She specializes in kidney and pancreas transplantation, laparoscopic donor nephrectomy, and general surgery. Her research focuses on improving access to kidney transplantation and optimizing transplant outcomes, with particular interests in the clinical outcomes of medically complex kidney allografts and strategies to expand the utilization and acceptance of deceased donor kidneys. Dr. Dilip earned her Medical Degree from Oman Medical College, affiliated with West Virginia University. She completed her general surgery residency training at Dubai Academic Health Corporation in 2023 before pursuing a two-year American Society of Transplant Surgeons (ASTS) Fellowship in Abdominal Transplant Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. She subsequently completed a one year Clinical Instructor position …in Abdominal Transplant Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center prior to joining the faculty at Weill Cornell Medical College.
