Dr. Ragan Lowery Faler

He is derogatory and disrespectful to potential new patients like myself per our first conversation. I would never recommend him to any family or friends since he can’t even treat customers properly from the start.

Dr. Faler is caring and knowledgable. He explained my procedure to me in great detail. The staff is friendly and caring.

Dr Faler is no doubt very good, if not the best at what he does. In regards to the one review regarding the constant new faces. I can assure you there's a reason behind it. He is not the easiest person to work for. You are either fired, forced out or have to quit to keep your sanity.

Absolute worst Patient care. Was referred there for a cracked tooth extraction. Had appointment with Dr. Faler but I saw Larry Sweeting. The referring Dentist office made the appointment for me and explained the circumstances to Faler's office staff before the appointment. The referring Dentist also forwarded ex-ray's and my information. After reexplaining to an assistant, Larry Sweeting comes in and I had to re-reexplain that I had a cracked tooth. First off he had to ask the assistant how to turn the exam light on....then he clanks a dental instrument on my front teeth trying to examine the cracked tooth in the rear of my mouth. After literally poking and prodding my cracked tooth for more than five minutes, at some discomfort I might add, Then Sweeting says your tooth is cracked. That's what I came for! Then they say that this appointment was only for consultation..which is false because the referring Dentist told them why I was coming. Meanwhile I'm living in pain for… the last couple of weeks waiting to be told that my tooth is cracked....which I already knew and the referring Dentist told Faler's office. No offer of any pain medicine, an "estimate" of a $400.00 bill to pull a tooth, no follow up, no offer to work with me on a payment plan as I did not have the $400.00 on me to pull the tooth, no opportunity to go to the bank and get the cash, just $90.00 to find out what I already knew. These folk's don't care about people or providing quality medical care.....as I left the office still in pain, they could care less.

Seems like a good doctor but every time I go there is a new face there. seems like he can't keep staff.

Dr. Faler and his staff are very professional, thorough and easy to talk to. He takes to time to ensure that you understand your situation and is very honest in his recommendations. There are many dentists who will recommend treatment that you don't necessarily need. He is conscious of the cost of dental care and seems to be making recommendations that are relevant to your particular situation. I am scheduled for an advanced procedure in a few weeks and would be happy to submit another review.
