Dr. Raghad Nafi Lepley, MD

In April I had lab work done. I was told someone would inform me w/in 48 hours. A week plus later I had not heard - called and they said labs were good and they would email results. Didn't receive results til early July and when I review them, I was astonished that my cholesterol was extremely high. I called a week ago and now twice more for someone to contact me to discuss. I have yet to hear from their office. I would not recommend this office if they don't care about existing patients.

I've been a patient for 6-7yrs. Dr. Lepley has always been helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to everyone.

Goes out of her way to always be available for her patients

The office staff is very caring and efficient. If you forget anything information regarding refills they take care of it right away. I would recommend Dr. Lepley and Dr. Latozas to anyone. Sincerely leslie brown

Terrible doctors office, I've been in three times for the same thing and still haven't seen the actual doctor. They keep sending nurse practitioners in instead. I was there fifteen minutes early for my appointment and didnt get called back until an hour after my appointment time, the other time I went in they scheduled my appt for 11:30 and I waited until 1:10pm for a nurse practitioner (NOT EVEN A DOCTOR) because they wanted their lunch. Awful doctors office, it's obvious they dont care about patients.. they just herd them through for the money.

Dr Lepley save my life!

I really felt compelled to write on Dr Lepley ,for several reasons . 1st of all everyone is always so quick to write reviews when they are unhappy with a situation.It is not often enough that we write about the good in people and the good encounters we come across in life. But I felt the need to express my thoughts on Dr LEPLEY and her staff. She has truely been a blessing in my and my family's life .We have been patients of hers for years and she has more then once fit us in on a last minute appointment when we needed her .She has such great bed side manners and is always so efficient in making sure she treats us in a very professional way .Dr LEPLEY goes above and beyond for her patients ,everyone that I have referred her to just loves her .She is an amazing doctor and takes time with you and she makes you feel like your her only patient .Her staff is extremely polite and helpful when calling in for an appointment and does everything possible to accommodate your schedule. Going to… see Dr LEPLEY is a pleasure and a wonderful feeling knowing that you are getting the best medical attention! I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone that is looking for a new doctor!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lepley's for 12 years and she had a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring "front desk" staff. These 2 gals ran that office like a fine toothed comb. They knew the patients. They cared about the patients. Also, the current Physicians Assistant, Jordania, is highly recommended, as well. Jordania needs to further her education and get her M.D. Unfortunately, the long time two front office gals made a critical error in judgment and had to be dismissed. The office staff now has been a revolving door of non-caring , unorganized and ill equipped people to deal with patients. The office manager, it appears, has not the ability to read my chart and the "special" instructions that the Doctor has written in my file. Getting renewals for my medications takes a minimum of 3 phone calls to the office every month. On a positive note, the staff is friendly, except for the person mentioned above. Maybe the gal just doesn't connect well with me, but, making me jump through… hoops for renewal medications is not the sign of a professional. If you can deal with a bit of confusion and unorganization of the front desk staff ( which has improved in the last year, except for the office manager) , Dr, Lepley is a caring Doctor and realizes the importance of treating each patiently differently, depending on their needs. One size doesn't fit all. I would definitely recommend her as she not only remembers your illnesses, but will also remember personal issues about you, your family and your friends. What doctor will remember to ask you about a vacation you took 3 months ago? Like anything else, give her a try. If you do not feel she fits your needs, we live in America, and you can always leave! If the current office staff sticks around long enough to learn their patients, it would make visiting Dr. Lepley"s office a much more pleasant experience and if the office manager (who I believe is intelligent) can read my case history, she might soften her, what appears to be, attitude toward me.

Staff is rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The girls that used to work there were friendlier and dressed more professional for a medical setting, lately things have gone downhill.
