Dr. Raghda Gassan Sahloul, MD

This morning I underwent a biopsy with Dr. Sahloul. She was patient, kind, and reassuring through the whole procedure. She has a great sense of humor! Her nurse was great too, and was gracious enough to hold this grown woman's hand. She was very comforting. I highly recommend Dr. Sahloul and her staff.

She guided me in the right direction with my journey with diabetes so hopefully it'll stay well controlled thanks doc see you in 3 months

Dr. Sahloul is one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever been to. She has been my thyroid doctor for at least 10 years. I respect her knowledge and she is one of the best doctors I’ve ever went to as far as listening, caring and spending time explaining. I Trust her completely .

I received a letter telling me to find another endocrinologist. I had been with her for at least seven years. When I called to ask why she no longer wanted to be my doctor, I was put on hold and they didn't have the decency to tell me why. Totally unprofessional.

I have found Dr. Sahloul to be very thorough in her evaluations of my health, and in recommending changes to move my health in the right direction. I have been her patient for approximately 10 years and have referred many people to her with complex issues because she works hard to identify and to treat the multiple diagnoses. She keeps my bloodwork within optimal margins, not just acceptable margins, which has made all the difference for my health. She studies the current medical data and uses the information in improving patient care. I personally have benefited from that. I could not be happier.

I have been going to Dr Sahloul as a thyroid patient for a few years now, if only because I didn't want to bother with finding a new physician. I have finally had enough and have started my search. My past 2 visits I waited well over an hour(the first 2 hours because she was "held up"), and when I finally got to speak with her, she spent about 2 minutes with me. She tells me every time I see her that she hates the medicine I take, but when I ask to look into other options, she says that what I'm doing now seems to be working and my levels are stable. Well, I have Hashimoto's, so my blood levels always have been, and probably always will be stable, yet my symptoms persist. Overall she has a cold demeanor, have never felt that comfortable around her. She's unwilling to listen and explore other options. On to the next!

She never checks up on me and I am an uncontrolled diabetes patient. When I call in for help, very rude. Staff keeps calls on hold for very long time. Can't wait to find another doctor.

I went to Dr. Sahloul twice in the last year. I originally went to her because of blood sugar issues. She seemed to be a competent doctor, although my issues didn't require much expertise. Her office staff, on the other hand, is rude, especially her front desk girl. My GP has recently discovered a nodule on my thyroid and referred me to Dr. Sahloul again. After several days of not hearing anything about an appointment having been made, I called her office myself to try to get an appointment. The girl at the front desk informed me very rudely that she had been gone the previous week and therefore had not gotten to the referrals yet. I told her I was not a new patient and couldn't I just go ahead and make an appointment? She very flatly said "No." I immediately called my GP back and told them what happened and asked if I could see another endocrinologist. I was contacted within the next hour about making an appointment and they worked me in very quickly as a new patient. A… couple days later I received NEW PATIENT paperwork from Dr. Sahloul's office with an appointment for a month after the new doctor's appointment!! Needless to say, I called her office and canceled. I refuse to support any doctor and staff that do not treat me like a person, much less a patient who pays their salaries!!

I am a patient of Dr. Sahloul's . She often contradicts information she has told me from one visit to the next. I am very displeased with her service and am looking for a new doctor. Office staff could be described as discourteous.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. Dr. Sahloul has been a very good doctor and I've seen her since the beginning of my thyroid problems. Her office staff is another story... Very rude!!!!! Get past the office staff and you will be satisfied with Dr. Sahloul.
