I had a bad and stressful experience with Dr. Ramawamy's office. There were several surgical scheduling and communication errors. I received no contact from the pre-op appointment to the day of my surgery. Pre-surgery steps were missed. The operating room was not aware of my surgery because the scheduler failed to communicate with them. If I had not taken the initiative, I would have shown up with no surgery scheduled. As a result, the experience was very frustrating and stressful. Most importantly, I did not have my surgery. I do not reccomend this office. Surgery is too important to have these errors

Dr. Ramaswamy provided my family with a warm greeting, professional opinion and expert emergency brain surgery. We felt well taken care of and experienced the best possible outcome.
