An urgent medical problem arose, and Dr. Madam saw me immediately. She's thorough, listens, and has great empathy for her patient's problems. Great doctor.

if you are sick and need to see a doctor, this is NOT the place to go, you will have to wait several days for an appointment, their doctors keep quitting on them resulting in no availability for patients.

Dr. Madan takes all the time necessary for your diagnosis. I never feel rushed. She also is very concerned and has a great bedside manner.

I had been a patient of this doctor for 5 plus years and followed her to her new location of practice. I have noticed that her practicing methods have changed through out the years...it is harder for me to get a word in edge wise when discussing issues and symptoms with her. She prescribed me two medications that have counter reactions to each other. I did not realize this until I went to a specialist for my symptoms that had worsen and were causing severe sleepiness; almost to the point of narcolepsy. Ultimately, I should of been referred out to a specialist for my condition instead of her trying to diagnosis and manage my condition. I am so glad that I went with my instincts and self referred for further diagnosis with a specialist. I know no one can be right all the time and I accept that but according to my specialist her mistake with these medications were really unacceptable. I will be seeking a new PCP.
