BEWARE this office only cares about $$. I switched to them when I got new insurance through my employer because they were tier one which was $30 copay. Two months later their credentials changed according to my insurance but I was never notified of this change. All the sudden my copays were $50 which I discovered when I started getting bills in the mail. In the meantime I got pregnant and was thrilled as I had tried for years. So I kept going and paying the $50 copay for a “Specialist”. Meanwhile of the 20 plus times I went I only saw Dr. Khalil twice. I usually saw the nurse that had to call Dr Khalil to answer my questions. I had a really hard time getting appts due to Covid and asked if I could get ultrasounds at the office I work at as I don’t pay for imaging as an employee. They stated that “They don’t like to give scripts because they do them there at their office.” I said ok as I was already paying an office visit to go there anyway , but this meant taking time off of… work and traveling over an hour from work each time. Meanwhile first US I had the tech didn’t find they baby and the doctor sent me into panic saying my life was in danger that I needed to see a specialist because she believed it was an ectopic pregnancy. I went to the specialist and she saw it right away in my uterus. What they never told me was that if I had an ultrasound done I would get charged another copay as US is a separate entity lol even though same office in separate exam room. So all the sudden I’m getting billed from a doctor in NY I never met. So now each time I had an US I paid a $100 copay on top of deductible. Make matters worse I lose the baby at 10 weeks and when I ask for a DNC they insisted I get the vaginal pills instead and miscarry naturally. I did three rounds! And ended up with an infection. I went through this pain and suffering for an entire week when it could have been resolved in a day. But they wanted me to keep coming back so they can insert themselves and follow my blood down to zero which meant blood work every two days. I will explain why they do that next. All the sudden after all this I’m getting billed office visits which my insurance foolishly paid and I’m getting billed copays for simply using their lab to draw my blood. Something that would cost $10 at quest labs! But again they don’t like to give scripts and charge office visits for no reason. I have a balance and called several times to resolve the billing and have them remove office visit copays for only drawing blood but nothing has been done. I keep getting the same bill I refuse to pay. My next step is to report them. Im pregnant once again and found a reputable OBGYN that puts patients first and not their wallet. Their greed just lost them a lot of money.

I've been a patient of Dr.Khalil for over 10 yrs. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor. The new office is spectacular!
