Dr. Rahman Sahadat Uddin, MD

I would not recommend him to anyone like I used to the office went from being outstanding in everyway to I would say "ghetto" and very disorganized. I always have to ask so what does my child have instead of them just telling me straight out. The front desk is not always pleasant. Dr. Uddin can't even keep his staff the same every time you go in there is always someone different from the front desk to the nurses and to the Doctors. I'm not sure what it is but if your staff keeps leaving that shows that there is something definitely wrong here..... Oh and don't let me mention the mold in the patients restroom.... Hello you are a doctors office we are not bringing our children to you for them to get something else... I think the health department should be involved maybe something might get done....

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Their customer service is awful. They will have you waiting there for hours and then call you up and tell you your insurance changed. You never see the same doctor, so no one really knows your child. The front desk acts like you are bothering them by being there, especially the older lady that does the paperwork next to the front window. Rude rude rude!
