Dr. Rahul Aggarwal, MD

Very disappointed with the last visit. I had to insist on having an echo done due to having myotonic dystrophy that affects the heart muscles. He did order the echo but no one ever contact me regarding the results. My wife had called several times and still no one returned her calls. Finally on Friday February 18, 2023 Alex called me to tell me I needed to start 2 different medications so that I would not go into heart failure. He said he was calling them into the pharmacy which in fact he never did. My wife called back to speak to Alex 5 minutes later and was told he was not available and he would call her back . So I called again and was told Alex had left for the day. My wife called and left 2 messages for the office manager who also never called her back. I want to know why no one ever called me with my echo results. If my wife had not been persistent with us calling the office I guess we would of never got the results.

As usual after a brief wait I was seen by an excellent nurse and then Dr. Aggarwal who seems to have unlimited time with me. Decisions were made that will likely help alleviate symptoms I experience.

I would highly recommend Dr. Aggarwal.

I am extremely picky about doctors. So many cannot think beyond their book learning. Dr Aggarwal is that special doctor who listens to his patient. His knowledge is enlightened. And the staff...professional from making the appointment to check-out. I feel confident about my cardiovascular health with Dr Aggarwal.

From the moment you walk through the door the office is friendly, inviting and professional and the office continues that way through check out. I just recently switched doctors as my previous cardiologist was not on my insurance plan. THANK GOODNESS, this was such a blessing. Dr. Aggarwal's office is run like a professional office should be, I think doctors often forget if their office staff should be polite and professional.

Based on past experience, I am very picky when it comes to choosing a Doctor and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I would highly recommend this Physician.
