Dr. Rahul Grover

Dr is nice but the staff is beyond incompetent and extremely unhelpful. If you have the choice to go somewhere else do so!!!

Dr. Grover is very polite and listens to your concerns. But he is hardly ever there. His patients are always seeing by Yana a physician assistant. One time, I took my 7yr old as he had a very bad sore throat and cough. She immediately told me he was fine and no meds were necessary. She also said, he should get better on his own and that she didn't like prescribing meds. My son had some fever that night and I ended up taking him to an after hours clinic, that I had to pay cash. Because my child's insurance is an HMO. Dr diagnosed tonsils infection and gave him antibiotics and cough med. I was very upset that I had to spend money on an outside Dr. All because Yana is not trained right. I changed Drs last month. Best decision ever made.

I've not met Dr. Grover yet, his Nurse Practitioners are the ones attending my child, but they are great! I feel very much comfortable with them and so does my 11 year old boy. The reception, billing and back nurses are always courteous and so far I can get same day appointments!!

Very very poor doctors office. Poor staff. The doctor is never ever there only physicians assistants. Dirty. Environment for children. Very dirty toys. Lack of followup, period.

Waiting time a little long. Especially when waiting in check room. Dr. Grover schedule is very tight and it's not easy to schedule him.

Unprofessional office manager

Dr Grover has been taking care of my five children. He is so knowledgeable and patient. He takes his time with my family and is never rushed. We get same day appointments which is next to impossible to find anywhere in LA. I would highly recommend him and his office staff.

I have never seen the Dr.in this office.You ask to make an appointment with the Dr. and they tell you he is not available and I have to wait one month to see the Dr. and when I showed up I was told I would see the PA instead of the Dr. and what is most upsetting is I was told to take my baby's dirty diaper out of their office. This is both rude and unsanitary. Imagine they have babies come in all day and they don't even have a speciall container for the dirty diapers. They made me carry the dirty diaper from one room to another. I told them this is the last time I'm bringing my baby to their office...AVOID this office! they don't care about you or your baby's health!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr Grover for four years now. He is the most caring and knowledgable pediatrician I have ever met. I am really luck to have him as my childrens pediatrician. He has excellent bed side manners and tremendous knowledge and patience.

horrible staff!!!!!! I've been trying to get my baby's test results for weeks and when I need them toput a referral through it takes about five phone calls just to remind them to do it.
