Dr. Rahul Shrikant Rishi

Before going to Dr. Rishi, my daughter was in the hospital many times for her asthma. No one could figure out how to help her. My primary just giving us albuterol. After starting the allergy shots and different types of inhalers, her asthma is more or less cured. She is no longer taking any inhalers and hasn't been in the hospital in over 4 years. As others have said, Dr. Rishi is thorough. He is also very funny and puts you at ease.

Disappointing to say the least. Initial visit with Doctor and staff was good. Afterwards was awful. Unprofessional and rude staff blocking any attempt to schedule visit with the doctor. Would only allow PA. Request to even talk to office manager was blocked numerous time. Do not recommend this practice. Assurance from the doctor regarding the solution were not affective either.

I saw him in their Phoenix office. I saw him for food allergy. Another allergist diagnosed me with several food allergies. As a result I avoided several foods I enjoyed for not good reason. Dr. Rishi accurately diagnosed me and reintroduced foods into my diet. He also didn't do any unnecessary testing and make me go through a lot of anxiety. I did wait 30 minutes to see him but it was worth it because he took all the time I needed.

He had a very compassionate and easy going manner that made a nervous wreck like me so relaxed. I had an ominous diagnosis of Lupus and he spent additional time to look at my labs and recognized my false positive result which rheumatology later confirmed. That was impressive. An allergist knew as much about my condition as the rheumatology specialist. The other allergists didn't even think and just gave me a false diagnosis and scared me. He is a great doctor.

Dr. Rishi is an amazing allergist. He has a very warm and funny demeanor. He really made my children feel at ease. He is very organized and types a list of instructions that summarized what we discussed in our visit. Sometimes doctors tell you to do so many things it can be hard keeping track of everything. It was nice to have this a set of instruction to refer back to. He also has a cute marker board and loves to draw pictures to explain things. It was like having my own Dr. Oz. He didn't rush me and was very laid back.
