Dr. Rainer Elmar Sachse, MD

I have been going to Dr. Sachse for 16 years for various procedures. Over the years, I have never been dissatisfied. Last month I came to his office with an emergency on Labor Day weekend. Dr. Sachse came in and opened the office just for me. He preformed a procedure on my eye that relieved me of indescribable pain and discomfort. His dedication and caring personality combined with his expertise place him above all the rest.

Although Dr. Sachse is a wonderful surgeon, his manner leaves much to be desired. He is condescending and rude, with a mammoth ego. Maybe trying to correct the imperfect for so long has erased his ability to be kind. The South Florida area is saturated with doctors specializing in Mohs and plastic surgery. Look elsewhere to avoid aggravation.

I've been Dr. Sachse's patient since 2009. I've had botox several times and a facelift. He believes in the natural look, is a perfectionist, trustworthy & very reasonable! Also has a great personality ! I highly recommend Dr. Sachese, you won't be disappointed !

Dr Sachse did a Moes surgery on my nose barely a scar office staff excellent being a sun worshipers for years and having this procedure several time he will definitely be my Dr when my next Procedure needs to be done . Patricia

The staff was very nice. I liked the work the doctor did. The only thing I found a bit odd is the the outdated way he runs his office. The office phones are cordless phones that look like they are 20 years old with wires sticking out of them. There are house bed sheets in the bed in his rooms which I have never seen in a doctor's office, I think the office presentation can be brought up to date. He could also put a TV or something in the waiting room for patients, I had a MOHS procedure that took all day to do and it would have made time go by faster if there was some kind of distraction in the waiting room.
