Dr. Rainier Enrique Guiang, MD

This my fellow Americans is the very sad and dangerous state of our health care system.

Without even some sort of physical carried out on me by this "Dr" he assessed my condition as "not that bad" after through the last 5 years of seeing a spine specialist, numerous mri's, physical therapy, and a Federal adminstrative law judge with a cadre of medical and vocational experts having a contradictory opinion. Just another foreighn national coming in, setting up shop, and ripping off the American insurance companies and the American people. ( I'd bet donuts to dollars we paid for his schooling) and with his people skills this is certainly a troubled man. I can only hope that he doesn't seriously maim someone while practicing his "witchcraft" on them.

I went in for my first consultation with Dr. Guiang. I had been seeing a pain management doctor previously for the past 5 years however, my pain management doctor sadly left the practice and moved on to bigger and better things. Dr. Guiang has a horrible bedside manner. He accused me of being a "drug addict." I've been on pain medication for the past 5 years for Lupus, Fibro, RA and Sjogrens. I NEVER over use my medication and I don't doctor shop! I work full time, despite my illnesses!! He made me feel like I am the biggest piece of crap! No doctor has ever made me feel that way! He also refused to prescribe my pain medication because I couldn't remember what the name of what is wrong with my back! When he asked me where my pain is and I told him every joint in my body, including my back, neck, tailbone and jaw, he rolled his eyes!! I asked him if I could get the cortisone shots in my tailbone and my back that my previous pain management doc used to give me for pain: he also refused… those as well. He also kept reiterating, "I'm not going to lose my license for you!" I was so upset, I left there in tears. Why is someone like this a doctor? One of my friend's also goes to this same clinic and Dr. Guiang treated him so horrible, he's not ALLOWED to even see my friend! Dr. Guiang actually laughed at him! So with all of these bad reviews, why is he still allowed to work there? I'm launching an official complaint!

the only thing I can say about this guy is slimeball. everything about him. his demeanor, his actions, his speech, he talks bad about other doctors and then when you leave to make another appointment he stands there smiling, not a nice smile, more like I got 'em! I pulled it off. They believe every word I told them. Every bit this experience made my skin crawl. Only world that went through my mind was slime ball. What a Slime Ball. News flash moron. People ask questions they KNOW the answers to. We know the bulk of your practice. We know how you treat patients and we KNOW you are lying to us. Every last word out of his mouth was a lie. He lied about his practice, treatments, who he sees. It is like he doesn't expect you to do your homework about him before you walk in the door by researching him. Devious human. It is difficult to research Doctors. Yelp is a ridiculous website. when you have doctors with 5stars and 1 stars YOU KNOW the 1 stars are the truth and the 5 stars are the… office staff, friends, family and those who have a financial interest in the business. Plus yelp has ways for business owners to challenge bad reviews. Always throw out the 5 star reviews. what you have left is the truth. In this case nothing else but 1 star all the way.

He listens to you!

Mr. Guiang is very arrogant! Some physicians have a God like attitude, but Mr. Guiang certainly takes the title. Your very rude Mr guiang, you need to listen to your patients first before passing judgement. In addition, you need to stop rubbing up against your female staff. She's a little young for you and probably afraid to say anything in fear of losing her job. Very unprofessional and against the law.

The Dr. was in my face right from the get go on other medical issues I'm already aware of . Didn't like the way he said if you don't follow my rules we'll drop you as a patient ! Had to pee in a jar before the dr even came in the room and never was advised for the reason for the sample .
