Absolutely the worst office and worst medical staff I have ever encountered. Never on time for any visit, have to call back multiple times for anything, no communication, and absolutely no care towards my individual health. avoid like the plauge

Dr. Mitelman has a lot of experience and good in diagnostics. But waiting time is long. Many people come to her office for many years and value her care, many older folks who can wait.

I have many health problems and dr. Mitelman seems helped me more than even specialists. Seems she has more experience and knowledge. I like very much that she has a lot of medical equipment in her office, including electrocardiogram. But waiting time is sometimes long. She has a lot of devoted patients like me who do not mind to wait. I do not like only that she prescribes antibiotics sometimes for just common cold. But she gives you a choice.

Today I was very disappointed!Receptionist on front desk,her name is Larisa was very aggressive and rude ! She is the one who make a connection between doctor and patient and I think she need to be more professional!

I've been visiting the doctor Raisa Mitelman for more than 6 months. I am not satisfied with her attitude to patients. She always looks very nervous, never smiles, never remembers my name and my problem. Every time she looks at me, as if she sees me the first time in her life. She is concerned only about the number of patients, not the quality itself. She has no time to go through my tests, my file. She has only 1 minute to talk with you. That's it. It is not even enough to describe your problem. To be honest she has not helped me at all. I feel worse and worse. The pain bothering me for many months has not gone. I am going to change the doctor. Moreover, my wait at the office is more or less than 1 hour. Please be prepared...

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible

Dr. Mitelman and her incompetent, unintelligent staff, cannot cope with the ordinary demands that patients have.They refuse to give a copy of the office notes; they didn't even know or admit to knowing that it is our right to have a copy. They behave weirdly and speak to each other in Russian in front of the patients. A very unprofessional office.The waiting room is truly ridiculous: during your long wait, the doctor goes back and forth through the cramped room, and you need to draw your legs in every time she passes. Find another doctor!
