Dr. Raisa V Toumanova, MD

She is Amazing ... She takes her time .. She listens answers draws pictures if she needs to she explains every question . I will not give her less than five stars even if I have to wait once you get in the office with her all the time you waited is gone and you have her full attention she is like a mom . She is wonderful best doctor Ever . I recommended her too many !

Dr. Toumanova is very compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. She spends time with me and explains everything fully.

She is incredible! Proffesional, knowledgeable, and caring! She will always listen to all of your problems and concerns, take notes and make sure to answer them all. Never rushes you out, very polite with a sence of humor. Always helpful and informative. Yes, you do have to wait for hours in order to see her, but she pays it off with all the qualifications of a true doctor!

ARRAGANT PATIENT COMPLAINING OF THE WAIT TIME AND MAKING SLANDEROUS REMARKS. I'VE RECOMMENDED MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO SEE THIS DOCTOR ,BECAUSE I KNOW SHE TRULY IS KNOWLEDGEABLE , CARING , SINCERE , DEVOTED TO HER PATIENCE AND PRACTICE , AND A GREAT DIAGNLSGICIAN . By far the best doc I have ever been to. An expert in her field, Always takes her time to explain the details of my treatments - Most doctors I have seen in the past just say some words and throw a perscription at you. Here, I always feel that that my concerns are being heard and dealt with effectively. This is why time and time again I travel all the way from New Jersey to Brooklyn just to get treated by her.

Dr. Toumanova is a very helpful physician who was compassionate and empathetic even when I developed some extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable symptoms. I think even the mosts open type of girl would feel awkward going to see a physician if they developed the same misfortune that I had but Raisa took me in and really helped me out tremendously. The waiting time was fairly short, the staff was friendly, and the doctor was great. I was very sensitive for a while but even when I was most exposed, at no point did Raisa ever make me feel bad. In fact the opposite, she explained to me a full background of my condition, treated me effectively in the office and prescribed medication that worked very quick. Thank you so much Dr T, I owe you one!

I finally found the best doctor in New York . She is very knowledgeable, spend enough time with me to check everything I was worry about . The most comprehensive physical exam, Discussed all my concerns, I got a great advices not only for medical treatment but also for a preventive care. Highly recommended!!

The worse experience I ever had with the doctor. At first, she was sick herself, then she mostly talked about herself. Very incompetent and rude. I tried to ask her a question she said I had to make another appointment because she has other people waiting for her. Will never recommend her to anyone. Please, stay away from that office. They will push you to do unnesasary tests .

Although this doctor is extremely knowledgable, if you are a younger patient you will not be taken seriously. When I told her and her nurse that I was having trouble breathing I was told that I worry too much and I'm making my syptoms up. Furthermore, it is impossible to get a concerted diagnosis from them as I was on multiple ocassions treated as a complete moron. I do not like being treated like a child by my doctor and would expect professionalism. Not to mention the three hour wait time. What a joke.
