Dr. Raj Kamal Sinha, MD

I went to see Dr Sinha in March of 2023. I do not understand the poor reviews...seems like they are talking about a different physician. He was kind, professional, and took more time with me than I expected. Discussed all options, with surgery being the last. He injected my knee, which I hardly felt, and by the time I got home I was pain free. I am a registered nurse so I am very picky about my doctors and do not hesitate to voice my opinion. I would have liked to have seen my x-rays...my only negative thing to say.

I had total knee replacement surgery almost 3 years ago and I am so happy with this decision. Dr. Sinah is an excellent surgeon and throughly prepared me pre- and post-surgery. I felt very comfortable & secure in his capable hands. The staff at Star Ortho were friendly, professional and very comforting. I had the best physical therapist who educated me on my surgery and how to maintain my strength. I highly recommend Dr. Sinah & his staff at Star Ortho for knee surgery. Stay positive & thrive!

Dr Sinha had to do a revision of my total hip replacement , done by another dr , and it turned out great. So happy with the result. Great care.

On 6-7-2019 I had a right knee replacement. Dr Sonja was excellent. They have you get a CT Scan then built a New knee replace built just for you. When I left the hospital they show how to climle step to get into My mobile home. I had surgery on Friday & come home Sun afternoon. I had not trouble with step to enter My mobile home. I was walking with My walker Sunday 6-9-19 with very little pain. Within a few days I could walk in My around in My home without a walker. I could shower within a week with little help. In & out of shower only. My recovery is going great.. Within 2 weeks i could drive short distances. My PT said that I am doing great. I EOULD recommends Dr Sinha if you have knee problems Star Otho is excellent service.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and was in and out within 30 minutes. I’ve also had surgery with Dr. Sinha which was a total success. I highly recommend him!!

I was told before confirming my appointment I wouldn't even see the M.D. , that I'd be seeing the P.A. on my first appointment. What a scam! I still went in. And I still gave them my $30 co-pay. I shouldn't have. I had never before been to an orthopedist who didn't show me my x-rays. They had no computers or screens in the exam rooms to do so! The P.A. was rude and had terrible bedside manner. At the end of my appointment when I asked for a note or script to take to work for a standing desk she said the Doctor had never signed anything like that before and wouldn't do so without seeing me. Well, excuse me... I was in the office and you all are the ones who scheduled me with the P.A. You expect me to have my insurance give you another couple of hundred dollars just so he could write a note?! Nope. I wish I would have read his horrible reviews before I made that appointment. Do NOT go to Dr. Sinha or his practice!!!!

He is one of the best in what he does! Tops in his field of orthopedic surgery!

He permanently crippled me by damaging my gluteus medius muscle during routine hip replacement surgery! And he is very arrogant!

I had to say good bye to my husband last year due to Dr. Sinha's surgery on him. What should have been a routine (his words) surgery turned into a funeral. He split his femur bone, but did not tell us for 3 months. After that another surgery was scheduled. When he came to the waiting room, he said that the bone had healed, but he did the surgery anyway. As I live my life alone now, I hope he made good use of the money. He surely wasn't concerned about his patient.

Crippled me after totally bad hip surgery! Medical Board of California has a case against him for what he did to another patients' knees
