Rajat K. Jain, MD

Dr. Rajat Jain specializes in internal medicine, pediatrics, and sports medicine, bringing a comprehensive approach to patient care across multiple age groups and athletic populations. He earned his medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed his residency at The MetroHealth System/Case Western Reserve University in 2010. Dr. Jain furthered his training with a fellowship at UPMC Medical Education at St Margaret Hospital in 2011, building expertise that spans two decades of medical practice. He is fluent in Hindi and French, allowing him to serve diverse patient communities.

Dr. Jain practices at NMG Searle Hall Student Health Service in Evanston, Illinois, where he focuses on treating conditions such as concussions, musculoskeletal injuries, and nonsurgical orthopedic issues. His approach to care includes physical therapy guidance and strength training programs.
