Dr. Rajdeep Sandhu

Dr. Sandhu is extremely competent, knowledgeable and personable. She and her staff put patients at ease and explain every step of the treatment. I would never go anywhere else, and highly recommend them!

I recently visited this office for a routine cleaning of my teeth. I was not overall satisfied with the service during my last visit. I had the time to take a brief survey about the service i received during that visit. I return two week later to have a fill replaced. However i was meet with horrible service from the doctor. Dr. Shandu stated she was not happy about my comment. She precedes to tell me, her service is wonderful and how dare i, write a bad comment about her company. She also states, you insurance doesn't allow you to have certain services. I cut and pasted her response to this document. She states"According to ADA guidelines you are suppose to see your dentist every 6 months and bitewings x-rays are needed every year. Your X-rays were done 3 years ago and last time you came for a check-up was 2 years ago. And by the way with your insurance we don't get paid for x-rays. Also you have the right to sign x-ray refusal form. We give the best treatment to all of our patients.… But i guess, we can't make everyone happy"...I will NEVER visit this place again..... I will contact the Better Business Bureau and file a formal compliant, contact my insurance company and continue to write blogs about this company
