Dr. Rajeev Narang, MD

I have been seeing different doctors but Dr Narang has helped me the most with my medical condition. He is kind and smart. The office staff is wonderful and friendly.

Horrible front office staff. I had to take my dad in and wanted to follow the office covid protocols. I never got the answers I needed. The front office staff was extremely rude and treated patients like cattle. The did not follow any protocols that I could see and refused to communicate with the patients. Good physician and medical staff, extremely poor front office staff.

Mix-up often happens at this office. Dates if procedures are often wrong or not scheduled. Doctor is often not in the office for appointments and no early notification is given to patients. Find someone else to take care of your pulmonary needs!

I was terrified after being diagnosed with COPD bu my PCP. But after my visit with Dr. Narang I felt at ease and hopeful. He is very professional and caring.

First visit today with him and while he was getting my history his phone rang and he answered it then left the room and I waited 10 min. for him to come back. I told him I have never had a doctor do that to me and I did not appreciate it. He apologized and a couple min. later his phone rang again and yep you guessed it...he answered it again. Very rude and unprofessional. I'll be looking for a new doctor.

In my opinion Dr Narang is the worse doctor there is. I had lung cancer 3 1/2 years ago and he could not take the time to listen to the symptoms I had been having in would cut me off because he did not have time and was in a rush. After hearing my symptoms my chiropractor who is also a nurse practitioner said he could not believe no one had taken the time to listen and follow through and ordered X-rays that showed my cancer had come back. Once the pet scan showed it was probably cancer Dr Narang then set up his byopsy 7 weeks out. He also has the intake nurse take you from the waiting room to do your vitals and then they put you in a second waiting room to make it look like there wait time is not outrageous. I wish I had never been referred to this doctor and am glad I have found a Dr that takes time to listen.

Dr. Narang evaluated me for obstructive sleep apnea. When the automated, computerized test came back equivocal by the insurance company’s standards, he did a manual evaluation of the sleep study strip. That evaluation lead to my receiving a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine which literally has changed my life.

They need an answering machine! His recording tells patients to call during business hours and when I do, no one answers!!! He is arrogant and has a rough bed side manner. When I was there, they were having problems with their computers. So if he needed it for a patient he would yell down the hall for his Receptionist to close her PC until he was thru. This was not professional! Overall, he knows his speciality which is helpful but his lack of social skills is a definite turn off! I liked his staff, they were helpful and kind. Dr. Narange could take some pointers from them!!!

I really like Dr. Narang, however the waiting time is sometimes excessively long. I believe his staff is caring, and I am confident in his ability to care for my issues.

My mother was seeing Dr Narang, he was extremely rude to us when we asked questions about her treatment. I asked for a copy of her records and was given copies of 30 other patients records with name,birth dates and social numbers. When I returned them the office personnel said " I printed what was in her file, I don't know how all that got scanned in there " then she threw them in the trash. We switched doctors immediately!!!
