The entire practice is to get the pt in & out like an assembly line, not spending time or explaining procedures. Nurses are more interested in socializing & chit chatting with each other. Dr. did not review or show results of the MRI. On call Dr. was so rude giving smart remarks, could care less. Acted as if she was being bothered, PA follows along with the secretary's incompetence like it's all a big joke.

Was a pleasure to meet with Dr. Patel (Dec 2016), looked at my MRI in detail and gave me honest opinion about a possible cortisone injection - wouldn't recommend for me. Gave me an aggressive treatment plan and recommended surgery after 2 mos if current treatment doesn't resolve. I have confidence in his opinion. Can't wait to get rid of my daily ache in my shoulder! Thanks Dr. Patel.

The staff is very friendly and Dr Patel explained everything that was happening during my procedure. It was comforting to know that everything was going great while it was happening. He's done 40,000 epidural injections on patients and in my opinion does an excellent job. I understand he has multiple patients to see, therefore he can't spend a lot of time after the procedure. That doesn't matter a lot to me because of the excellent job he does. Thank you Dr Patel!

Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor who covers all areas of treatment . He takes his time and proceeds with your best treatment plan. I will recommend him to anyone. His secretary Tara is also wonderful and efficient with all your questions and needs.

He as all doctors today is busy and has a lot of people to see, however he answered all my questions and understood when I said NO to surgery. He was nice during the shot procedure and very professional. I don't look at a doctor to be my best friend they as we have a job to do and its in OUR best interest to take control of OUR own health care. We also need to be proactive and ask the questions in today's world. I would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone who is struggling with back problems.

arrogant and couldn't be bothered with spending time with the patient to find out what was wrong or to help. Terrible dr.

Just a warning, if the doctors through this office suggest cortizone injections. Your insurance may say injections are a certain amount (ex. $25 co-pay) but they don't bill them as injections. They bill them as outpatient services even though they are done in the office. That co-pay is significantly higher! (ex $250) for EACH shot even if he says he's doing a "series of 3". Just make sure you ask questions about their billing before hand.
