He should spend more time training his non medical staff, especially at South Point. They are some of the "coldest" and pushiest people I have had the displeasure of interacting with. Patricia is one of the worst offenders, Maybe, after 30 years, she has finally retired.

Extremely dissatisfied with his aftercare services. Staff was Rude and unprofessional. I strongly suggest find a new Dr. who cares about servicing his patients!!!!

Dr. Agarwal is an ER Dr. at Hilcrest. I met him when I went in to have surgery and infections taken care of. I didn't have a Dr. at the time, so I choose to use him, from then on, as my doctor. When you choose an ER doctor, you are not going to get tons and tons of time with him; with that being said: When you are there for an appointment, your time is your time. He has a very nice and friendly guy (Asian) who works directly under him to help in the hospital. His front staff are not the nicest, but for the most part they are okay. The best thing about Dr. Agarwal is that he allows me to be involved in my healthcare. I come in and ask to get blood work done and suggest I might have this or that.... he says "ok, no problem". It's hard to find a doctor who allows us to be involved in our own healthcare. As far as these other reviews, I'm sorry that you had issues and complications. Not one doctor in the world is perfect (Except House) and he did what he thought was best. Our bodies are… complicated and everyone responds differently to different treatments. Everyone is so quick to put blame on the doctor when something happens to their loved ones. But he still has a job, which means the Hospital and his boss like what he's doing too. He's been doing this for 15 years and I'm sure he will be doing it for 15 more.

A pathetic, non-caring doctor. Maybe over-worked, but that is HIS problem - should not have signed up to care for so many people if he could not do the job. He is truly pathetic. Cannot stand him. He needs to take one, long look in a mirror!!!
