Very professional, caring Doctor, staff is great!!

I changed doctors because Dr. Madan was not very insightful. Very rigid. He did not give me the kind of asthma treatment I needed at the time because of some article he read. My new doctor pin-pointed the problem right away and got me on the right treatment. Overall, not the right Doc for me.

I went for Annual Health check up for myself and my spouse. My spouse had lot of questions about the health issue she is facing, but doctor did not find out why she is having issues . Supposed to be free health check up as per our insurance, but we ended up paying 500+ dollars for the blood tests ( unfortunately not all of it were covered by the insurance) and the outcome was they suggested us to use Vitamin D tablets. We had to go to another doctor to find out the health issue.

Dr. Madan is my family Doctor since this year. His staff is very good at talking care of me and my family. The best part of Dr. Madan is that he listen to me and he care about me and my family. I never seen doctor like this. Overall I would recommend him to all my friends and family members.

Dr. Madan is my Primary Care Physician for over 5 years. He is very compassionate, caring and competitive Dr. as far as Medical Competencies is concerned. However, lately on multiple occasions, when I requested his staff to request Dr. to call a Pharmacy for a prescription when I am in extreme pain, he has always insisted to make an appointment before calling a Rx for a condition that I had already discussed with him less than two weeks ago and he is absolutely well aware of. New visit means 100% cost is out of my pocket - not covered by my Insurance due to high deductibles. I would never just randomly asked a Dr to write a Rx without first seeing a patient for a new illness but in this case (pre existing condition at the last visit), I think new visit is uncalled for - it merely generates a new business for a Doctor. Also I called Dr's office support staff multiple times (which has a high turn over) to check if they received Diagnostic Reports from Specialists or not and if so,… request them to mail me a copy of the report, I never received any call proactively from his office informing that they did receive any medical reports from the Specialists (until I keep following up with his support staff). I think Dr. should continue to focus on giving excellent Medical Services as he is already giving rather than focus on generating how he can generate more visits, and therefore, the bottom line. Dr. does possess all the excellent qualities that other patients mentioned in previous reviews. It just this annoying practice of this Dr's practice makes me more sick!

This Dr. Is the best Doctor in Hilliard. I am so glad that I found him, he always listens to my concerns and finds solutions for health issues. If you are looking for a Doctor that really cares about as a person than visit him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Madan for over 6 years now and could not be more pleased. He is very courteous, extremely knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously improve my overall health. It is always easy to schedule appointments with his office, and he has Saturday hours available which are very convenient. And especially when you are sick, he accommodates you right away. He listens to you and then recommends treatment and therapies which also always include therapies that focus on overall wellness/prevention in addition to treating your immediate ailment. He incorporates home remedies as appropriate and above all, I have never seen him to be in a rush to step out of the consultation to meet his next patient. I will highly recommend him and his practice.

I have found Dr.Rajesh Madan to be very professional and Knowledgeable. My parents and Husband are his patients and they feel very comfortable with his treatment plan. He is very calm,confident and listens to patients problems, which i feel is very important.There were times when my parents needed immediate attention and I felt very lucky to get appointments on time and his follow through helped them a lot.The staff has been courteous and facility is kept very clean.

Dr Madan is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous Doctor. He takes time to listen to your concerns. He would patiently explain the diagnosis and kind of treatment options you may have. Wonderful doctor with friendly staff as well. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a Physician.

I have been a patient of Dr Madan for the past 4-5 years. I am really happy with my experience every single visit. The facility is conveniently located in Hilliard close which is easily accessible from Downtown area and Northwest side and very close to the freeway. Dr Madan and his staff is very friendly and that have all the amenities for doing routine blood work. I have had a very positive experience consulting Dr Madan and it has helped me impove and manage my overall health. What I like the best about this practice is the ability to provide same day appointment as long as you call even by noon. I also like their Portal where I can view information about my Physicals and also get Email reminder about my appointments.
