My daughter went in to be seen for a uti and Rajesh K Nallapati is the doctor she was given to see. He was extremely rude and told her not to come in for a uti unless she had more symptoms then what she had. However, she has had them before and knows the early signs of them. The office did test her urine and she tested POSITIVE for a uti ! Since my daughter and myself both work in healthcare we know the importance of early detection and this was unacceptable comments from a doctor ! He expressed that if she had a uti concern she should have went to the ED to be seen. I can tell you that is not preferred method for early symptoms of a uti. Further more when she asked him a question about other symptoms that she having and was unsure of if it was related to her uti or not, like, dizziness, nausea, weakness, tiredness ect his response was that she was only there to be seen for a uti and he was not there to help her with other symptoms. I am really taken back by the treatment she received… since we have used Wellspan doctors since she was born and my other children do as well. I know they hold high standards and we are shocked and so I would not recommend this doctor to anyone ! He has a horrible bedside manner and is not concerned for patients ! His behavior was demeaning, discouraging and hostile. On the upside the office staff was friendly and helpful !

I was treated poorly, spoken to with disrespect and no true cause assessment or follow up was communicated. It was implied that I was there for drugs and was faking my symptoms. My expectations aren't unreasonable. I simply desire a friendly genuinely interested doctor. I will not want want to be seen or treated by this doctor again.
