He is very rude and nasty you never see him on your appointment, he doesn't have things in order not professional at all....

For a CLINIC this place is dirty and unfriendly. Mr. Patel is NOT patient attentive and really does not care what you ask or refuse. HE does it anyway. Nothing is explained until AFTER you have been made a pin cushion by him and his untrained staff. You can not refuse anything because he does it and then tells you. He does not care about your comfort and everything you have read about being painless is nonsense. You WILL feel every poke he does with his horse size needles. I would NOT recommend him or the Epidural Steroid Injections to anyone, plus this procedure is invasive and not FDA approved, but they will or tell you that.
