Absolutely horrible staff. If you have the patience of a stone or you're getting it free at this location it is the only reason you go here. First impression is the surgery sign is missing a letter, is this slum clinic from Gotham? This was my first colonoscopy and for some reason I was sent here when it's an hour away from me and has me passing Mercy clinics to get to. Now I've been here the full hour before like suggested and watched people walk right in without waiting soooo then after 45 mins past my start time, So waiting 1 hour 45 with no food - no water since yesterday - up since 4am and then a person finally comes out but has no info for me - what can I bring back - what do I tell my ride? When I ask questions about why I'm 45 mins late and there's no communication in regard to why, well now they have attitude and tell me 'Well you prepped didn't you" I prepped for a colonoscopy not a sh*t show.

I’ve been seeing him for YEARS about my stomach issues. And for YEARS he’s said it’s IBS. We’ve tried as much as we could and I’ve had every blood test, colonoscopy and endoscopy. Clearly, it wasn’t IBS. I finally went to a different doctor after I got fed up and found something that actually HELPS. Update: it’s still not IBS.

Dr Shah is extremely personable, answers all questions and doesn't seem to be in a rush. He's thorough and very knowledgeable in his field of practice. My only complaint was with the office staff, specifically his nurse. She wasn't very reliable returning calls. Luckily Dr Shah uses the Internet web page for inquiries, and any issues I had, I was able to communicate directly with him, instead of going through the phone line.

As a nurse, I am very picky about who I see, and always read reviews....I called on a Tuesday, was seen on Thursday, and had an endoscopy on Friday. I was somewhat disappointed in the scheduling process. I never actually spoke with a person to start with, instead leaving a message and they called me back. The girl at the front window wasn't overly friendly, and I got aggravated when they took the person in front of me back before me, even though her appointment for the same doctor, as a new patient was supposed to be after mine. I also didn't like how she confirmed your information at the window for everyone in the waiting room to overhear. Dr Shah was very nice, and attentive. I would definitely recommend to others.
