I started visiting Dr. Basra about 23 years ago and then my husband also wished to have her take care of his medical needs too. That was the best decision we both had ever made for our physical health needs. She has always tried her best and she even got my husband to listen to and take her advice. That's something no other doctor had accomplished. Her moto has always been to help as much as she possibly can and if that's not enough, fine someone who can go beyond that I would trust with my own family. That she has done excellently. My husband has had a serious illness and she went much beyond just treating him. She realized it was more serious than anyone thought, sent us to specialists and kept track of all that has been done to cure him. I thank Dr. Basra for saving my husband's life and for keeping us healthy for over 20 years. Her didication to her patients is greatly appreciated. Cathy Hinze

I dislike the fact that she doesnt take the time to understand my problems. She never checks me thoroughly and i feel even worse when i leave. Never going back. Tisk tisk,

Dr. Basra is very kind, and will listen to your concerns, there is no problem there. Sometimes I feel as though she just decides what your problem is, and even if you don't feel it's what is wrong with you, she will prescribe you medication for it anyway. It seems to be her answer to everything; just prescribe another pill. I understand medication is often needed, but she can be a little pushy on it.
