All went well

I was unhappy at a previous Neurologist in the local area. It was difficult to obtain an appointment or even to speak to the doctor myself. But since being a patient for the last year I am so glad I changed. I am able to leave messages and the office returns my calls or Dr Singh does himself, which I love. Also, I like that they smile when I come in and ask how my day is.... To me that makes a world of difference. Some doctors offices just check you in, get your money and dont take the time to act like they really care about you. Hands down I referral all my family and friends...Don't get me wrong sometimes I dont understand why I cant have something as urgent as I would like but they know what they are doing and get it done. Thank you so much Dr Singh and Office staff.....

my first experience with dr singh was wonderful! i thought going to a neurologist was going to be scary because of several health issues. but the office staff was very helpful and caring even though my records had not been recieved from my pcp. I was not upset because there office should have sent them,but dr singh office staff was very helpful in obtaining my records fast. dr singh was helpful with explaining my results and referring me to a surgeron.

I ask for help and he doesn't provide it. I bring in information on drugs to help my condition and he refuses to help me.
