He managed his own practice until merging with Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates (AARA) in August 2026.
Dr. Premaratne has also completed specialized training in musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided injections to improve patient diagnosis …and outcomes. He currently maintains admitting privileges at Havasu Regional Medical Center, where he serves on the Board of Trustees.
In his spare time, Dr. Premaratne enjoys traveling with his family and participating in outdoor activities.
