Dr. Rajiv Bansal, MD

Waited one hour ! Only to be rushed thru a visit. Did not ask me any questions. Dr. Bansal Looked at a copy of an MRI I had brought and told me I needed a procedure and walked me to his surgery booking girl. What a horrible feeling. Terrible experience.

I am a new patient of Dr. Bansal. His office is very accommodating and patient. They are truly concerned with the well fair of their patients. He is kind, patient, and thorough. I highly recommend him to all that will listen.

Dr. Bansal and his office are top notch. They are very patient and accommodating. The entire staff listen and try their best to get what is needed done in a timely manner. I have brought my entire family to him and recommend him highly.

I was rushed in for an appointment, that was not immediately necessary. After 1 hour they kept telling me "only a few more minutes". I left after almost 2 hours of the same story. Never to come back.

It’s never easy to be treated by a new doctor; there is a relationship with a patient’s former doctor that took years to cultivate. With the semi-retirement of my gastroenterologist, I must admit that I was uncomfortable knowing that I would be having such an awkward procedure with total strangers; ----I needn’t have worried. From the moment Dr. Chen (the anesthesiologist) entered the changing room and offered his arm to “take me to Hawaii” I smiled. He described the beach, the sand, the smell of the ocean; he mentioned my husband by name and told me that Bill was waving to me from the shore. Marisol (Dr. Bansal's surgical assistant) took the time from setting up to introduce herself and make sure I was comfortable. And then, Dr. Bansal came to my bedside in his street-clothes (I was aware that Marisol was getting a surgical gown ready for him on the side), took my hand gently, introduced himself, and assured me that everything was going to be fine. He continued to hold my hand until I… fell sweetly asleep. After the procedure, he took the time to speak with me in the office and didn’t rush me. In less than an hour he developed a trust that few doctors are able to accomplish. Bravo! I look forward to a long relationship with him.

We had last appt and he made it clear he was annoyed and saw us for ten minutes ( for a consult) and stood up and said lets go I'll call you back!!! It was horrible.

Dr. Bansal and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I was treated like a person of worth and not just another body.

His staff is amazing his nurse is excellent she realy makes u comfortable and make the procedure very calming Marisol thank u for ur kindness u realy do ur job well along with the Dr very satisfied

When i went to this practice i was very nervous knowing i had to get a colonoscopy or an upperendoscopy due to my anemia untill i meet the most kindest nurse there her name is Marisol she maid my experience there the easiest this ever i felt so blessed to meet such an outsanding Dr and an Outstanding nurse by his side what a Great team i recommend this Dr Bansal and his Nurse Marisol to anyone who needs to have a procedure done to have it done with them
