Dr. Dhamija then completed a comprehensive training program in percutaneous endovascular procedures for hemodialysis vascular access at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Miami, FL.
The procedures he performs included percutaneous angiography, percutaneous balloon angioplasty, thrombectomy of an arteriovenous graft and arteriovenous fistula, vein-obliteration procedure, vein mapping using venography, tunneled hemodialysis catheter insertion (new insertion, over-the-wire exchange) and tunneled catheter removal.
