When I read the presumptuous complaint in a review that Dr. Rajiv Taneja never sent a bill to a client. The client claims that the doctor just wants him to write a blank check. Well, I was beginning to think the same. Considering it would be unfair to judge the dentistry based on this isolated incident, I questioned and discovered my situation was merely a misunderstanding. The dental office had sent the bill via email, but it landed in my spam folder. Despite no fault by the doctor, he diligently rectified the situation and reissued the bill with details. Now, regarding my experience with Dr Taneja. I can wholeheartedly say that it was very positive. The staff was warm, friendly, professional, and committed to providing top-notch care. I felt in capable hands The atmosphere was calming, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and they adhered to strict hygiene protocols. This evoked a sense of confidence and safety. Sitting in the chair, I didn't see any floating… dust particles beneath the overhead light! Wow! During my procedure, Dr Taneja and his assistant took the time to explain each step in a clear and understandable manner, which answered my questions. They demonstrated a genuine concern for my comfort and well-being. Not only was the dental work performed to a high expertise standard, but post-treatment instructions and follow-up care were also exceptional. Dr Rajiv Taneja and his team prioritized my satisfaction and addressed my concerns promptly and professionally. I've always been fearful of needles. He acknowledged by utilizing distraction techniques, redirecting my attention, while inserting the needle with ease. I can confidently say that Dr. Taneja has desensitized me providing gentle, empathetic, and compassionate care. Despite the challenges within my extensive bridge work, they didn't have much to work with after molding my mouth. I could sense the dentist's determination to manage my situation. The end result surpassed my expectations. Because of the dentist's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my satisfaction, the teeth I received are not only functional but aesthetically pleasing as well. Moreover, the dentist's chairside manner put me at ease. He was soft-spoken, patient, and understanding, and he explained each step of the procedures. I can not express enough how grateful I am! I find him trustworthy in delivering skillfull truly remarkable work! I highly recommend his service as he and his team exemplify professionalism, skill, and an unwavering commitment to providing excellent care. He is a bad dentist, without hygiene and he likes cash, he works terribly the arrangement of the teeth and prefers to make crowns without proceeding to make a root canal. Never more.

he is very good because he whitened my teeth and it was like my teeth were as clean as can be! :) definitely recomend
