Dr. Rajive Kumar Adlaka, MD

First of all you don’t see Dr Adlaka at the Olympia Fields Facility. You see a rude physician or PA. I had a recent MRI, xrays, and CT scan. That meant nothing. He wanted to see records from a previous Pain specialist which nobody asked me to get previous to appt. I was told I needed a recent EMG which no one mentioned. Then he had the audacity to say the pain down my leg may not be from a pinched nerve. I’ve had sciatica for over 15 years from L4 L5 compression which was substantiated by many physicians and imaging. He basically said he would not try an injection. He was no help with suggesting medications. Biggest waste of time ever. The attending Dr. had a huge ego and was just downright ignorant.

Horrible experience would never go back never looked at MRI results just pushed for surgery. Staff is ignorant

Arrogant did not write a review before because I would not go back to see again after waiting long hours then being yelled at. Screw you doctor. I came to you for help, not to be screamed at. The absolutely worst doctor I have ever encountered. I would not go back to see this arrogant doctor if my life depended on it.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Very rude, wouldn't let you finish a sentence. Was yelling at his staff in front of patients. Questions you like you are on trial. Brought an MRI from last yr wouldn't look at it since it's old. Need a new one at who knows the cost. Didn't care about your pain

I would tell a friend to go to another doctor because this one does not let you finish your questions and talks above you so you cannot communicate with him. At all. He feels he has the answer to your problem and doesn't listen because one problem CAN BE related to other problems! This is the most rude doctor i have ever been to and i have seen aLOT OF doctors.

He is very dismissive, and always resorts to suggesting injections when he knows it'll cost the patient too much. Very reckless and rude. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The doctor is very professional, kind and explains in detail. In am very pleased to say he is my doctor.

This guy couldn't find water if he fell out of a boat. I have a severe condition that causes tremendous pain, numbness and burning. His solution? Come back every two weeks for a prescription. He wanted me to walk in, pay a $50 co-pay and hand me a prescription. That was the entirety of his care. I asked to come in once a month and he said it would increase the chance of drug abuse. I asked him to not charge the co-pay and he said no. I then mentioned that I would mention to the insurance company that he wasn't seeing me but still sending in claims. He hit the roof. I also mentioned notifying the medical board before leaving.

He has changed my life. I live pain free today thanks to Dr. Adlaka. I have sent family and friends to him. I can't say enough about him. He is a great doctor.

this is one of the worst doctors i ever had. he caused me mental pain than the physical pain i had. i am leaving my group because i have an hmo and cannot get a referral to see another pm doctor. i would reccomend everyone to avoid seeing him. i have three buldging disks in my back and made me drive 2hrs. in the car just to pick up a script from he shack of an office in indiana, and when i got there he gave me bougous meds i never even heard of that didnt even work! four stars! ha i think not.
