A very competant , skilled as nd compassionate physician.

Dr. Patel is my doctor for past 25 years. He is excellent doctor. He takes care of all my family members. We never had any issue with him or his staff.

The receptionist is very rude and not very reliable. You call and ask something and you never get a straight answer. I believe the office manager should remove this rude person.

I have been a patient of his for years, too many. Making an appointment is easy, but once you get there it's awful. The office staff is SO rude and it usually takes about an hour + after your appointment time to be seen. Once I get back to a room, Dr talks to me for usually less than 5 minutes and I'm out the door. Hes been calling in my RX's to the wrong pharmacy lately so its been fun figuring out where I need to pick my meds up. He used to have no problem calling in small RX's for my reoccurring sinus infections, but the past few years I can't get anything without an office visit because he wants my copay. I've been loyal to him for too long but enough is enough. Talking to him and begging him for help with getting an antibiotic was the worst and he almost had me in tears for just asking for something simple. Please, if you want a doctor who cares about your health more than his pocketbook find someone else. Anyone else would be better.

I have been a patient of his for about 15 years. He is very compassionate. I have recommended him to my friends. I will hate it if he retires.
