Dr. Rajyalakshmi Vaidehi Vadali, MD

My children have had a few bad encounters with the Pediatricians who contract with Medicaid, however from the moment we stepped into Dr. Vadali's & Rainbow pediatrics we have been treated with love, and kindness. She takes an undivided interest in all of her patients, getting to know them, and their parents. We have formed a family around my children & I am forever greatful for her, dr. Ohsman and their staff. My sister recently had a baby & I would not let her see any other Doctor than Dr. Vadali. My children love her, and I do too, she is simply amazing, & there are not enough words to describe her!!

I tried to call the Office for an appointment, the office manager was very rude and she had no courtesy. i was trying for a sick appointment for my 18 months old daughter, she was like trying to insult and push-away.

Dr. Vadali identified my daughter ability to speak at right stage/time and referred to (EIP)-State Sponsored Early Intervention Program. Being working parents we weren't aware and couldn't identify my daughter skills to speak. By this my daughter got appropriate help from EIP and she has improved a lot in just 3 to 4 months time. Dr. Vadali is always there for moral support/guidance and available round the clock on phone for any emergencies. Easy of Appointment is 5/5 options to see her at both Edison and Old Bridge offices and waiting time at office is 4/5 the last but not least the very courteous staff. I strongly recommend Dr. Vadali to anyone without any hesitation.

She is very good in diagnosing the medical needs of my 2 kids (8 and 4). Will be more effective if they can follow up and also it would be better that she spends more time in the oak tree road facility

From my docter office I got her reference I was new mother that time and after I meet her i can tell u she is the best docter for my baby she is very friendly with kids I suggest to other too

I selected Dr. Vadali without any references any was impressed by her first visit to hospital during my baby's birth. Following points makes her different from others.1) We do need more support from doctor during first child and that too becomes more important in first six months. I remember she attended my phone call at mid-night.2) She has a polite and well mannered staff. The call first goes to her customer care department and then diverted to her if needed.3) As far as I know she has one more doctor in support working with her @ Old Bridge clinic. I believe she is from Egypt. For me, the second doctor works as an alternative when Dr. Vadali goes on vacation to India.
