Dr. Rakesh Kumar Bhardwaj, MD

While Dr. Bhardwaj is a very knowledgable physician and provides adequate care for his patients, the wait time is approximately 3 hours, which is unacceptable. The wait time is particularly ridiculous considering appointments are made. In addition, his receptionist, Reshmi is the definition of unprofessional. She is extremely rude and in my belief that type of attitude is not appropriate in a patient care setting. She behaves as if she is doing you a favor and speaks in a demeaning tone and manner. There have been numerous instance during which I've called within the stated office hours and she has either been unwilling to help because it is 10 minutes from closing time or simply no one answers. While he is a good physician the demeanor of the receptionist coupled with the absurd wait time has led me to seek a different physician.

The word "appointment" has no meaning in his office. I once had appointment at 6 I got seen @ 9:30. While you have and appointment with Dr.B you could 6 course meal... do laundry... watch entire movie. Dr. B is nice there are nicer doctor out there you don't make you wait on average of 3 hours or more.

The was the most punctual setting I've been to in years. The staff members were friendly. the timing was great i enjoyed my stay at complete medical . I feel as though the staff members didn't know me from a hole in the wall but they treated me just like family. I think they were tidy as well and the refreshments were just amazing. It wasnt like at most places were the snacks were stale and the water dispenser ran out of cups. The nice pine scent it carried was great to . I met the owner of the facility Mrs Alona she was amazing as well great character and her personality was upbeat. I was also excited when they called me for my birthday i felt special. Thank you complete medical i enjoyed your presence sadly i moved to Florida i wish you would build a facility down here as well. Wish you all the best .
