Mr. Patel was my husbands family doctor and now he is mine as well. He keeps everything on a personal level so you keep that trust and comfort when talking to your doctor about things that would normally be uncomfortable. Very personable and his bedside manner is strictly business. I do refer him to any and all.

Worst experience I can imagine. The doctors assistant did a fine job and I thought she was great. Nothing else works right. They cant schedule appointments because they dont answer the phones, they dont call you with exam results, they dont confirm visits or results with other Drs offices, they dont even call to verify approvals with your insurance company.

Dr. Patel has a good bedside manner and speaks perfect English. The only problem is that you get switched to a Nurse Practitioner and hardly ever see him, then you get switched back and forth between NPs. The NPs are fine too. It's just that the medical assistants leave little to be desired when it comes to refills and accuracy. Don't expect them to EVER get your refills correct. It's really only one of the assistants, hence, the low rating on courteous staff. The rest of the office staff for appts and such are actually pretty nice. There is a lot of turnover there; but, one assistant that has been there forever still messes up my refills so if you don't have a lot of patience to deal with errors in your prescriptions and make a lot of phone calls or you don't want to pay for incorrect prescriptions, I would not recommend coming here. It's too bad that good doctors pay the price for their poor employees. I still gave the doctor a good rating.
