BEWARE! This doctor does not follow CDC guidelines, and always makes you come in for an office visit even when you just need a medication called in. She did not help us when our children's pediatrician said she should have been able to do so very easily by calling in a prescription.

I’ve had enough of people (staff & doctor) that are unwilling to listen or help. I recently relocated my elderly mother (80-years old) from Northern Virginia to Huntsville, AL. I called one month in advance to schedule an appointment for myself (patient for almost 3 years) and my mother so she could establish a local primary care physician. I Was told we could have back-to-back appointments but just to bring in her list of medications and insurance prior to the appointment. Today I came in to provide the information and ran into issues as soon as they seen one controlled substance on her list of about 40 medications. They immediately said they couldn’t fill the prescription even though I never asked for it to be filled, as she’s not currently taking it even though she had rods in her spine/femor/plate in the foot, artificial knee. I reinterated multiple times that we weren’t interested in getting any prescriptions filled and just wanted to establish a local primary physician. After… stating this at a minimum of 5 times they could not move past this one medication on her list. I decided right then and there that I wasn’t interested in continuing my relationship with the “deaf” and obstinate “care givers. My opinion is to not bother wasting your time with uncaring and unreasonable care givers."
