Dr. Ralph Benedict, MD

I would avoid this man like the plague. His assistant Molly was very rude to me on the phone and even hung up on me. I am also going to channel 4 about this because I may have Alzheimer's and because of Molly's ignorant actions I will no longer be able to go to this provider. What happened was, she was not getting the fax from my other neurologist. When I double checked, it was actually because she just wasn't checking and was using the excuse she had a busy line that she didn't have to check it everyday. So long story short, I started closing in on why she did not get the fax papers and she hung up on me. So I left her a message saying I recorded her (remind you New York state is a one-party consent and it was to protect myself from ignorance like this) my message said I recorded what she told me and I'm going to show her supervisor Bobby and the person that gives her a paycheck. So I first Bobby her supervisor said she would take care of it because it was rude that Molly hung… up on me. And then a few days later I get a call saying Dr Benedict does not want me coming in because I am not supposed to record people and it is illegal. However like I said New York state is a one-party consent, and I am seeking monetary reparations because it was illegal what they actually did. It's sad that they allow such terrible behavior. Dr Benedict should be ashamed of himself and cancel his practice. But when I get done with my lawsuit I don't think he will be in New York State no more nor will Molly be employed. I'm going to spread awareness until people don't go to this imbecile.

I don't mean to be rude but this man is a straight up fcking idiot, I would advise anyone reading this to stay away from him...as far as possible

I am so thankful for Dr. Benedict's kind words and time he put into my care. He was empathetic to my disease and gave me great tools to incorporate into my daily life. His staff was easy to talk to.

Extremely rude and inconsiderate man who was not at all sensitive to my needs and misdiagnosed me with a condition that I do not have.
