Dr cepero is a great Dr he and his staff were kind and courteous. He took a cancer off my tongue and kept a close watch on it he also treated my granddaughter and was great with her

I love Dr Cepero. I was diagnosed as having MALTS Lymphoma of the Partiod Salvory Gland when 6 other doctors told me it was nothing to worry about and was just a cyst. It didn't set right with me. I was finally referred into him and he quickly knew something wasn't right. Had a CT scan and 2 weeks later surgery. This man did a wonderful job on me. He helped save my life. Thank you.

The staff was polite and helpful. Dr. Cepero was as well. He had a good bed side manner. We had nearly an hour wait in the waiting room, but it was the last day before the Christmas holiday break so it could be forgiven. Both staff and doctor where apologetic for the delay.My wait was short once in the back waiting for the doctor. The PA promptly took my information / history and the doctor came in shortly. The doctor suspected problems related to GERD and did a scope during my initial visit. His suspicions where confirmed and the problem diagnosed immediately. Follow up care was arranged. Staff made sure my medicine was called in, and that I understood all after care, testing and treatments. I was very satisfied with the care/treatment I received.

I have heard that he is a good doctor but I did not have the chance to find out for myself. I took my 2 year old son to him. He needed to put a tube down his nose to examine something, he shoved the tube up his nostril but, of course, my son cried and tried to get away. The doctor responded by raising his voice to me, telling me I needed to learn to control my child and left the room. That was the end of our appt. I would NOT recommend this man to anyone.

Healed me from a case of bronchitis that had held on for 6 weeks. But he was rude and when I asked him a question he seemed furious that I has questioned him. Still, his skill cured me when the three other doctors I had seen, did not.

Dr. Ralph Cepero has been great and did a great job on my surgery. I had Thyroid cancer and it was a rarely Large mass. I have to say he did a great job at what he did resecting my neck and throat area. He had a great caring bed side manner that I wish all doctors had. I would highly recommend him for all ENT problems you might have.
