The primary doctor here who owns the place is extremely competent and kind. Specific others are competent but may not be as considerate and attentive. My spouse and I have been to him for years and have the highest praises for him and no complaints at all. Yes, waiting time can sometimes be long as they book at lot of appointments daily and also get a high number of walk-in's. If you are requesting a specific doctor, call ahead and find out when that one will be available and make an appointment if possible. We have never had any treatment except courtesy and professionalism from the proprietor and his staf and are well pleased with the service from them.

They are the worst doctor's office I ever went to. Their waiting time is RIDICULOUS!!!! Got there before 8:00 am and only saw a doctor after 11:30 am!!!!!!!! They do not inform you when a doctor is late!!! My advise: find another doctor in this area!!! I did!!!

NEVER go to this place! The GIRL at the front desk should not be working in a medical facility. She is incredibly rude and completely incompetent. BEWARE when you see her miserable face behind the desk if you dare go there. I went in for a basic physical and waited 4 hours! Then they had the nerve to make me come back the next day to pick up a health statement that was 2 sentences typed! The doctor told me the statement would be ready by 8:30am, but when I went to pick it up, the girl at the front desk told me to come back at 2:00pm. According to the miserable girl behind the desk, it takes some Melissa woman 2 hours to type up a 2 sentence letter. Give me a break! These people have NO IDEA what they're doing! Even the doctor wrote that I have brown eyes on my physical form when I have green eyes! In total, I spent 6 hours waiting to see a doctor for 60 seconds, got completely ripped off, lost two days of work, and was treated like garbage. This place is a joke. RUN AWAY FROM THIS… PLACE!

This was my first visit to this doctor and I booked the appointment with little notice. I was glad when they were able to see me. Little did I know that they had overbooked my appt time several times over. I waited in the waiting area for aprx 45 minutes before I was seen in the exam room. While waiting, the office staff spent the whole time gossiping and chatting either on the phone, their cell phones and with themselves...no professionalism at all. I waited an addition 30 minutes or so before seeing the doctor. Since I had not visited a doctors office in over 4 years, I had quite a few things to discuss. I listed my areas of complaint and discomfort only to get a slip requesting that I do blood work. Nothing was said as to why I might be feeling the way I did, no temperature was taken, no weight, height, blood pressure or anything else. Not even a feel for a pulse. Needless to say, I am looking for another PCP.
