Dr. Ralph Joseph Duda, MD

Excellent knowledge and ability to share it!

Dr. Duda was my physician for many years as well as my husband. We have always felt him exceptional and caring, and saddened when he left Springfield, MO to go to OK.

Dr. Duda is full of himself. Went with my father today and watched this so called professional belittle him for 15 minutes telling him that he is a failure and he has done nothing to help himself. Even told him he was there to chew on his butt! I was blown away by this so called professional's bedside manners............I am shock OHI has such a person working for them! Reported the incident to the MD Board for review! I am suprised no one has knocked him off his stool yet!

This doctor is great. He came in with a beautiful smile, shook my hand and greeted me by my first name. He explained everthing in terms I could understand and made me feel total confidence in him immediately. I have told everyone I know that if they ever need a doctor in his field, he is the best in my opinion.

Dr. Duda is an excellent physician however his front desk office staff needs some good training in customer service. Several times I have experienced rudeness and an almost callous attitude. It has not always been this way - just in the last year or so. I would encourage anyone to not let the office staff affect your opinion of Dr. Duda as a physician. He's excellent and top in his field.

The office staff was very friendly to me and Dr Duda was very kind and attentive and answered my questions. Very to the point and thorough. I'm glad I made the change to him.

This doctors office staff is rude and very inconsiderate. They lack communication skills and seemingly any interest in developing any. He and his office have been dismissed by me. There is good medical care out there, his office simply doesn't offer it.
