Dr. Ralph Edward Bennett

Hi I’ve been a patient of Dr Bennett for about 8 years . I think he is brilliant a genius mind . Everyone is kind who work there . And yes except a waite in back room as I have read . Did any of you picky people take the time to smile? Ask how he was today or did you walk in complaining Dr Bennett is honest ! He is very professional knowledgeable. I’m wondering is Dr Kildare still on tv or check out Dr Ozz.

I'm only choosing one star because picking zero isn't an option. Dr. Bennett's bedside manner is dismissive, rude, and condescending. He rushes through appointments and doesn't listen to patient concerns. - His appointment policies are an atrocity, plan to wait in a back room for at least 45 minutes - I tried to obtain labs only to find out they were never called in by his MA - No response to patient portal emails - His scheduler directed me to the wrong location; when I arrived 7 minutes late because I had to rush from one office to the other, they checked with him and he refused the appt despite the other location calling ahead to tell them what happened (I was forced to reschedule more than a month out despite having no medication) - You can spend hours/weeks waiting on his team for refills, labs, etc. - Demands his time be valued while devaluing the patient's time completely - The office marked an appointment I canceled in advance due to having Covid a "no show"

I've been a patient Dr Bennett for about a year. I find him to be informative, caring & thorough. His Physician's Assistant, Annie is great & I don't mind seeing her at all. His staff is friendly & helpful. I'm so happy with everything.

I do see his Physicians Assistant most of the time & that's fine because my appts are mostly general. Annie is great & does work closely with the Doctor. I'm happy with my treatment & my Doctor.

I'm glad I didn't take to heart the negative reviews. I like to make up my own mind. I found the staff to be friendly & professional. I met with His Nurse Practitioner first she interviewed me & said the Doc would be in shortly. Dr Bennett gave me a thorough exam and took his time. I was very impressed with him. I didn't find any of the comments some made, in my experience.

I have been seen in this office for several years. Dr Bennett and his PA are both good, however the office operation is very poor. Unorganized and often rude. Often do not return calls to me and I have twice had prescriptions go unfilled because they failed to return the pharmacy's calls, texts and emails. The office experience is so unsatisfactory I would suggest going elsewhere.

It's hard to believe I'm seeing the same doctor as the 1-Star raters. Dr. Bennett is brisk but not brusque, and he does not seem uncaring at all to me. I see him at the Mesa office, at least once in a while: I'm with PA's much of the time because I have chronic osteoarthritis which does respond to medication. I have found him to be extremely busy but quite competent and pleasant. Similarly, I've had no problems with the office except one time when I didn't realize I had missed an appointment and was told off rather sharply on the phone.

Unbelievable he must be needed to lie about people. We had an appointment and then I became sick my husband called and cancelled the appointment and then a week later he called to reschedule but he did not remember who answered the phone or the time, as we never had anything like this happened to us before , the thing is as he did not remember they wanted to charge a no show visit of 75 us if we wanted an appointment obviously I would not go to such a business man

does not take the time to get to know his patients. always seems to be in a hurry to get to his next patient. I would give this Dr a zero for bed side manner. Both the Dr and his FNP show no empathy when giving a diagnonis.
